SIC (US 1987) : We worship in Vinton together. Then we reach out locally and globally. Our local outreach in the past year has included adopting families in need through our "reverse Advent" program, assisting people with their utility bills, partnering with Echo Ministries to provide fans to those suffering from the heat without the means to purchase them, sponsoring Habitat "Brush with Kindness" projects, and more.
This summer, we sent 22 people to camp at the Upper Midwest Camp and Conference Center in Newton, Iowa.
As a part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the Upper Midwest Region, we extend our missional outreach around the world.
