Experienced Feed Milling professional wanted! Our client is a regional feed manufacturer, and they are expanding to provide better service to their customers! The right person for this position will be able to lead a production team and oversee all of the day-to-day operations as well as the P&L and budgets. You will be a part of a small team which allows for easy & quick decision making! If you have previously managed a food manufacturing plant or a Feed Mill, please Apply Today!
Position Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 3+ Years of Milling/Food Production experience; Manager or Supervisor role is highly desired
- Manager the day-to-day production, quality, safety, maintenance, grain procurement, and P&L
- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
- Write and implement company SOPs
- B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling or Food Science is preferred
- Must be able to relocate within a reasonable commute to the facility
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary between $85,000-$110,000
- Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
- 401K Retirement Match Program
- Paid Time Off
